Swimming Pool Safety Rules and Regulations
*** ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS MAY USE THE FACILITIES AT VILLAGE COTTAGES
The swimming facilities located at Village Cottages are NOT SUPERVISED BY A LIFEGUARD or other responsible person. In place of on-site supervision, this facility has established a series of safeguards to be followed by all guests.
We are required to notify you of these rules, to ensure that water rescue equipment is at the pool and that swimming area is maintained in sanitary manner. In the interest of your safety and that of your guests, we require you to follow these important rules.
Injuries can be prevented, and safety is everyone’s responsibility. If you notice any problems with the water quality or the absence of safety equipment, please notify us at once.
Please read the safety rules located at the pool entrance and in this brochure. If you have any questions, we will be happy to discuss them with you further and answer all oof your questions.

Pool Hours are 9:00 am – 7:00 pm. Pool will be locked at other times or at any times when management sees it fit. DO NOT enter the pool when the gate is locked.

NO PETS in the pool area or in the pool itself.

NO GLASS containers or any kind are permitted in the pool area.

Gates to the pool area are to ALWAYS remain CLOSED.

DO NOT use the pool if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs!

ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS may use the pool or be in the pool area.

This is a NO DIVING pool. Diving can cause serious injury. PLEASE NO DIVING!

Never swim alone! A minimum of two adults 18 years of age, or older, must be present whenever pool is in use, with at least one adult on the pool deck.

Children under 16 must be accompanied at the pool and pool area by a parent, guardian or similar adults responsible for their safety and behavior.

In an emergency, notify the facility operator and contact help immediately. A telephone is located on the side of the main house with emergency numbers posted.
